313004: ICMP packet denied
Cisco ASA is a security device that provides the combined capabilities of a firewall, an antivirus, and an intrusion prevention system. It also facilitates virtual private network (VPN) connections. It helps to detect threats and stop attacks before they spread through the network.
Message: %ASA-4-313004:Denied ICMP type=icmp_type , from source_address on interface interface_name to dest_address :no matching session.
Event 313004 is generated when ICMP packets are dropped by the ASA because of security checks added by the stateful ICMP feature.
