109027: Unable to decipher response message

Event 109027 is generated when the response from the AAA server cannot be validated because the server key is incorrect. The server_IP_address is the IP address of the relevant AAA server and the user is the user name associated with the connection.
How could you resolve this situation?
Ensure that the server key configured with the AAA server is correct.
