8:FTP Daemon event cannot create client thread
The IIS File Transfer Protocol (FTP) service enables the web server to be a FTP server.
Event 8 is generated when the FTP server could not create a client worker thread for the user at the host mentioned in the message.
How could you resolve this situation?
Stop and restart the FTP service.
