7: FTP Daemon event cannot create connection socket
The IIS File Transfer Protocol (FTP) service enables the web server to be a FTP server.
Event 7 is generated when the FTP server could not create the main connection thread.
How could you resolve this situation?
Stop and restart the FTP service.
