1073: W3SVC HTTP Packet Scheduler not installed
The IIS web sites that use HTTP rely on several IIS components for their availability. The IIS World Wide Web Publishing Service (W3SVC) is one among them. The W3SVC is responsible for managing the HTTP protocol and HTTP performance counters.
Event 1073 is generated when the W3SVC failed to enable global bandwidth throttling either because QoS Packet Scheduler was not installed or was not running.
How could you resolve this situation?
Enable the Packet Scheduler feature. Install the QoS Packet Scheduler.
