1126: W3SVC WMS failed to copy change not
The IIS web sites that use HTTP rely on several IIS components for their availability. The IIS World Wide Web Publishing Service (W3SVC) is one among them. The W3SVC is responsible for managing the HTTP protocol and HTTP performance counters.
Event 1126 is generated when the W3SVC failed to copy a change notification for processing. This might result in non-synchronization of the service and data that are currently in the IIS configuration store.
How could you resolve this situation?
Stop and restart the World Wide Web Publishing Service.
