5149: WAS event WMS global range no high low error
The IIS web sites that use HTTP rely on several IIS components for their availability. The IIS World Wide Web Publishing Service (W3SVC) is one among them. The W3SVC is responsible for managing the HTTP protocol and HTTP performance counters.
Event 5149 is generated when a particular World Wide Web Publishing Service property failed validation. The property, configured value, and default value are specified in the message.
How could you resolve this situation?
Check the World Wide Web Publishing Service configuration and perform the changes indicated in the error message. If the problem persists, stop and restart the W3SVC.
