Brocade 5600 vRouter configuration to export v9:

vyatta@R1# set service flow-monitoring exporter udp-collector address <NFA serverIP>

vyatta@R1# set service flow-monitoring exporter udp-collector port 9996

vyatta@R1# set service flow-monitoring selector s1 randomly out-of 100

Apply this command for all the interfaces of the device:

vyatta@R1# set interfaces dataplane Interface flow-monitoring selector s1
