User Account Control (UAC) is not configured to "always notify"
Description
Whenever a user makes changes to windows settings, or an application tries to install a software or make changes to a user computer, the user needs to be notified about the changes before they are made. If the User Account Control is set to always notify level, a prompt will appear asking for user permission to allow changes to the computer.

Follow the below steps in GPO to resolve the misconfiguration.
Configure the policy value for Computer Configuration >> Windows Settings >> Security Settings >> Local Policies >> Security Options >> "User Account Control: Run all administrators in Admin Approval Mode" to "Enabled".
Configure the policy value for Computer Configuration >> Windows Settings >> Security Settings >> Local Policies >> Security Options >> "User Account Control: Only elevate UIAccess applications that are installed in secure locations" to "Enabled".
Configure the policy value for Computer Configuration >> Windows Settings >> Security Settings >> Local Policies >> Security Options >> "User Account Control: Detect application installations and prompt for elevation" to "Enabled".
Configure the policy value for Computer Configuration >> Windows Settings >> Security Settings >> Local Policies >> Security Options >> "User Account Control: Behavior of the elevation prompt for standard users" to "Automatically deny elevation requests".
Configure the policy value for Computer Configuration >> Windows Settings >> Security Settings >> Local Policies >> Security Options >> "User Account Control: Virtualize file and registry write failures to per-user locations" to "Enabled".Configure the policy value for Computer Configuration >> Windows Settings >> Security Settings >> Local Policies >> Security Options >> "User Account Control: Admin Approval Mode for the Built-in Administrator account" to "Enabled".Configure the policy value for Computer Configuration >> Windows Settings >> Security Settings >> Local Policies >> Security Options >> "User Account Control: Behavior of the elevation prompt for administrators in Admin Approval Mode" to "Prompt for consent on the secure desktop".
