SupportCenter Plus provides an installed product. There is no hosted version.
- What database do you use for SupportCenter Plus ?
SupportCenter Plus comes bundled with PostgreSQL database. But in case you want to use the MSSQL server or MySQL Server in your environment, you can use it instead.
- What webserver does SCP use ?
SupportCenter Plus comes bundled with a JBoss & Tomcat webserver.
- We use a "X" billing software to bill our customers. Is it possible to integrate it to SCP ?
Yes. You can use our product APIs to integrate to third party applications.
