If I get a 5 user license, will that includes Administrator login or 5 SupportReps + Administrator ? I might need 20 more SupportReps licenses at a later time. Is there any option to top-up the current license ? Does SCP have a permanant or perpetual licensing model ? Can I move from a free version to a licensed version ? After purchase, will I be eligible for further upgrades & patches ? Where can I find the features available in different editions ?
