What is Accounts: Guest account status setting?
Guest accounts are limited access accounts that can be used by non-designated users to login to the system and perform certain basic operations. Accounts: Guest account status is a security setting that is used to enable or disable guest accounts on the local computer.
You can enable or disable the guest accounts by navigating to Local Security Policy > Security Settings > Local Policies > Security Options > Accounts: Guest account status.
