ManageEngine NetFlow Analyzer has the ability to monitor department wise network behavior and carry out traffic analysis for those departments. These departments can be created by an IP group using N/W ,Range belonging to the particular department together and even a single IP address.
Once the required IP group are created, you can view all the groups' traffic in the interface view. You can see details such as In traffic, Out traffic and alerts, if you have set the alerts. These alrets can be very helpful if you have created a group containing all the critical servers. This way you can set a threshold alerts and proactively troubleshoot the incidents before they become serious issues in the your network.
Whereas you can see the top 5 IP groups by speed and utilization in the network snapshot page. This helps you to detect any incidents easily and troubleshoot the network incidents swiftly.

Not only do you get the utilization for the particular department but drilling down the IP groups gives an in-depth report about the particular IP group. The following details can be obtained for a particular IP group:
- The traffic parameters - volume, utilization, speed and packets
- Which applications were used,
- Who used it - the source, destination, conversation
- Qos
Finally, coming to the reports, these can be exported in CSV or pdf formats. And the reports can be scheduled to be generated at a particular period and delivered to your mailbox.
