  • Use a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters
  • The password to include both Upper case and Lower case characters.
  • A password once used must have its recurrence only after 3 or 5 instances of different passwords.
  • Set up a time limit for a password to be reset or changed to a new password( ex: set passwords to expire every 30 days), and more.,

With every increase in the complexity requirement, users find it further difficult to remember which passwords they had last set for logging in. Inorder to manage their often changing passwords, employees traditionally write down their passwords under their keyboards or mouse pads as and when a new password is changed.
