Monitor MS Teams to track employee activities

Microsoft Teams is a hub for teamwork where people collaborate on projects, conduct meetings, share files, and even work together in other apps and services. With employees all over the world leveraging Teams to work remotely, M365 Manager helps you monitor Teams and track employee activities with its extensive preconfigured reports. These reports offer granular details in comparison to those in the native portal. You can track day to day device usage, activities such as team and private chats, call count, meeting count, and more.

To monitor Microsoft Teams using M365 Manager Plus:

1. Navigate to the Reports tab.
2. Go to Teams Reports in the left pane.
3. Select Teams Usage Reports > Daily Teams User Count by Activity or any other report as per your requirement.
4. Enter the Tenant,Domain,and Period of search.
5. Click Generate Now.

Schedule reports: This feature helps you generate specific reports at time intervals of your choice (hourly, daily, weekly or monthly). You can also be notified when the reports are generated and have them delivered straight to your inbox.

Export reports: The reports can be exported to various formats, including CSV, XLSX, PDF, and HTML.

Create custom reports: M365 Manager Plus also provides filters to trim down your Microsoft Teams reports to show only the required data. You can also save this customization as a separate report which can be viewed along with the other preconfigured reports.
