This page contains information on the support lifecycle of each version of Endpoint Central. After every major release, we support the previous version for a considerable period, allowing users to plan their upgradation or migration effectively. Once a build reaches its End of Support, it will no longer receive technical support, security fixes, maintenance releases, or feature updates from Endpoint Central.
A support lifecycle denotes the period from when a version is available for download to when it is no longer supported by Endpoint Central. When a version reaches its EOS, Endpoint Central no longer provides security updates, features, enhancements, or technical support. Shortly after a new version is released, an EOS announcement is made for its previous version on this page.
We declare EOS to replace the older versions with a better and more secure version of Endpoint Central. EOS will be announced 6 months prior to the effective retirement date so that users can plan and execute the version upgradation accordingly. Users are strongly advised to upgrade to the latest supported build before the announced End of Support date to continue receiving updates and support. Endpoint Central strongly encourages users running the older version to shift to the latest version.
