24037: Issued an alter resource governor command

Resource governor is a feature provided by SQL to manage workload and system resource consumption. Event 24037 occurs when a command to alter the resource governor of an SQL server has been issued. It is generated by the SERVER_OPERATION_GROUP action group. Important information can be derived from this event including the:

  • Date and time at which the event occurred.
  • Session identifier of the event.
  • Privileged user who performed the action.
