How to resolve the "Permission Denied" error in ADSelfService Plus

To resolve the Permission Denied error in ADSelfService Plus, you need to ensure that the respective users are part of the selected OUs or Groups in the policy configuration. To do this, please follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to ADSelfService Plus as a Super Admin.
  2. Navigate to the Configuration tab, then select Self-Service and Policy Configuration .
  3. Under Available Policies , locate the policy in question in the Actions column and click Edit .
  4. On the right-hand side, click the Select OUs/Groups button and choose the appropriate OUs or Groups of the users whom you want to add to that particular policy.
  5. Save the policy to apply the changes.

By doing this, access to the ADSelfService Plus portal will be granted to those specific users whom you have added to the respective policy, based on their OU or Group memberships.
