Troubleshooting "Invalid access URL" error for Duo Security MFA configuration in ADSelfService Plus

To resolve the "Invalid access URL" issue when using Duo Security as an authenticator in ADSelfService Plus, ensure the access URL is correctly configured by following these steps:

  1. Log in to the ADSelfService Plus admin console.
  2. Go to Admin > Product Settings > Connection.
  3. Click on Configure Access URL in the upper right corner.
  4. Replace the server name with public URL of ADSelfService Plus
  5. Enable HTTPS and set the port to match the port used for the public URL of ADSelfService Plus
  6. Save your changes.
