How do I audit technician activity in Exchange Reporter Plus?

Exchange Reporter Plus' role-based access control functionality allows even the technologically naive to access the tool through the technician login. Amongst other things, technicians can export any of Exchange Reporter Plus' 300+ reports to specified destination folders in CSV, PDF, XLS, and HTML formats.

Exchange Reporter Plus helps you view details about technicians who have exported reports, including the technician's name, reports exported, and the time of exporting.

Accessing the Technician Activity report:

1. Go to the Settings tab.
2. Navigate to the Utilities link.
3. Click Technician Activity.

This report also ensures you stay GDPR compliant by giving you details about anyone who has exported important data using Exchange Reporter Plus.
