Activity Overview reports

The Activity Overview reports provide a broad picture of cloud activity across your organization. These reports help you monitor all cloud requests, upload and download traffic, and user prompts across various GenAI websites. These reports are a useful starting point for establishing baselines for normal cloud usage and maintaining a consistent audit trail.

To navigate to these reports, follow these steps:

  • Select Cloud Protection from the application drop-down.
  • Go to Reports > Overview.
  • Choose a report and select the desired time range from the Period drop-down menu.

Available Reports

Report name Description Purpose
Cloud Activity Provides a comprehensive log of all cloud traffic passing through the gateway. Use this report to get a high-level view of cloud services usage and investigate specific requests by user, domain, or application category.
Upload Activity Lists all file upload requests.

You can filter the report by service—including Microsoft 365, Zoho, Google Workspace, Dropbox, Box, Yahoo, and others.		 Use this report to track what data is being uploaded to cloud services and to identify actors or applications responsible for high upload volumes.
Download Activity Lists all file download requests. Use this report to monitor files and file types being downloaded from cloud services and investigate specific download events by user or application.
GenAI Prompts Captures prompts submitted by users to generative AI applications and record each prompt with its timestamp, actor, and domain name.

You can filter the report by platform—ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Claude, Google Gemini, and others—to focus on activities within a specific AI service. 		Use this report to scrutinize what information users share with AI tools and identify prompts that may contain sensitive or confidential organizational data.
