Problem

You are unable to upgrade your Mobile Device Manager Plus server to a later version and you are unable to avail the services of Mobile Device Manager Plus support team. This could be due to one of the following reasons:

  • Your AMS license has expired
  • You have not uploaded the renewed AMS license in the Mobile Device Manager Plus server.

Solution

You will have to upgrade your AMS license and upload it on to the Mobile Device Manager Plus server. Follow the steps below to do so:

  • Renew AMS License 
  • Upload AMS in Mobile Device Manager Plusl server

Renew AMS

To renew the AMS, fill in the details in the below mentioned form and click submit. You will receive a quote from ManageEngine's sales team, who will assist you on the renewal process.

Upload AMS in Mobile Device Manager Plus server

After renewing the AMS, you will have to upload it in the Mobile Device Manager Plus server. You will have to follow the steps mentioned below to upload the AMS in the Mobile Device Manager Plus server:

  1. Login to Mobile Device Manager Plus web console
  2. Click License link on the top pane, under the "?" dropdown, next to the build number
  3. Under Upgrade Now, click Choose file 
  4. Locate and upload the renewed AMS license and click close.

You have now successfully renewed and uploaded the AMS in the Mobile Device Manager Plus server. You can now upgrade Mobile Device Manager Plus to a later version and also avail services from Mobile Device Manager Plus support.
