FCM service not available


End user is trying to enroll a mobile device and he gets the error message "FCM service not available"


You might get this error message, if FCM service is unavailable when you try to enroll the mobile device.


  • Ensure Google Play Services is installed in the device. 
  • Ensure the device has proper internet connectivity. 
  • Ensure this URL *.clients.google.com:443 is allowed on the device.
  • Ensure the device time is the same as the local standard time.
