This error occurs when trying to add an App Store app to the App Repository in the MDM Server.
The error occurs when the MDM Server has issues in connecting to the internet due to proxy and/or internet connectivity issues. This issue can also occur when the App Store domain has been blocked by a proxy/third-party filters.
Ensure MDM can connect to the internet and configure the proxy and internet settings accordingly. Ensure http://itunes.apple.com is opened at port 80 and https://*.apple.com is opened at port 443 and is not blocked by proxy/third-party filters. MDM Server must access these domains for managing iOS apps.
