Unable to reach FCM


You are trying to scan a managed Android device and get the error message "Unable to reach FCM".


This happens because the proxy is not configured/ Proxy Authentication failed.


Proxy Not Configured / Proxy Authentication Failed (Applicable only for MDM On-Premises)

Mobile Device Manager Plus needs to reach the FCM server through the internet. If Proxy settings has not been configured or the Proxy authentication fails, Mobile Device Manager Plus server will not be able to reach the FCM. So, ensure that the Proxy settings are configured correctly by following the steps mentioned here.

Additionally, ensure that all the relevant ports mentioned here are opened.
