CVE-2026-75791 describes an authentication bypass vulnerability in the REST API of ADSelfService Plus. Under certain conditions, a specially crafted request could reach REST API operations without the authorization that the product normally enforces.
This vulnerability could allow an unauthenticated, remote attacker to reach REST API operations that are otherwise restricted to administrators. Successful exploitation could allow the attacker to read certain product and directory configuration information and to modify administrator-restricted configuration settings, which could in turn be used to disrupt legitimate access to the product.
This issue has been resolved in ADSelfService Plus build 7001 by enforcing consistent authorization checks across the REST API.
Update your ADSelfService Plus instance to build 7001 or later using the service pack.
