Problem

You are not be able to upgrade your Endpoint Central server to a later version and you are not entitled to avail the services of Endpoint Central support team. This could be due to one of the following reasons:

  • Your AMS license has expired
  • You have not uploaded the renewed AMS license in the Endpoint Central server.

Solution

You will have to upgrade your AMS license and upload it in the Endpoint Central server. Follow  the steps mentioned below to renew and upload the AMS license:

  • Renew AMS License 
  • Upload AMS in Endpoint Central server

Renew AMS

To renew the AMS, fill in the details in the below mentioned form and click submit. You will receive a quote from ManageEngine's sales team, who will assist you on the renewal process.

Upload AMS in Endpoint Central server

After renewing the AMS, you will have to upload it in the Endpoint Central server. You will have to follow the steps mentioned below to upload the AMS in the Endpoint Central server:

  1. Login to Endpoint Central web console
  2. Click License link, on the top pane
  3. Under Upgrade Now, click Browse 
  4. Locate and upload the renewed AMS license and click close.

You have now successfully renewed and uploaded the AMS in the Endpoint Central server. You can now upgrade Endpoint Central to a later version and also avail services from Endpoint Central support.
