This problem occurs during integration, when the communication to Desktop Central server is found to be insecure.
In Desktop Central, you can use HTTPS to establish a secure communication with the Desktop Central server while setting up the integration with Zendesk.
For secure communication, HTTPS is mandate. To permanently choose HTTPS in your Desktop Central server, follow the steps given below:
