Both Summary Server and Probe Server can be installed using this single installable. When executed, the installable will ask for Server type. Users should first install the Summary Server and then install Probe Server. If performed otherwise, the installation process will be terminated.
Check the below steps to install Summary Server and Probe Server.

Note:
1. Summary Server is usually installed in the headquarters - where the IT admin or CISO or IT Decision Maker heading the Central IT team is in charge of the complete oversight of the endpoints in your organization. The summary server is the executive dashboard for the Central IT team.

2. Probe server is meant to be installed in regional offices - the IT head of the regional office IT team should be in charge of the probe server. Probe server is also meant for solving your scalability issues. Your enterprise can have multiple departments / divisions having  numerous endpoints. Hence Probe servers can be used to manage endpoints in these departments and divisions.

Multiple probe servers report to the Summary server and feed them the insights of the endpoints they manage.
