Cloud Control Repository - Firewall Analyzer


    The Cloud Control section in Firewall Analyzer includes a consolidated view of all the Firewall device based cloud services usage reports. This section can be accessed from the Settings > Firewall > Admin menu.

     Firewall Analyzer offers an exhaustive set of Cloud Control reports:

    • Repository

    Repository

     The repository contains the data to categorize cloud apps, services. This contains the categorizing data of the industry's major 3000+ cloud apps and services. You can also add more categories specific to your requirement Under each new category you can add specific cloud apps and services.
    The following details are available in the repository table columns:

    • Service Name
    • Category
    • Network Start
    • Network End
    • Add Date
    • Action

     

     

    Add Repository

     You can a new cloud service to the cloud service repository.

    • Click 'Add Repository' link on the right top corner of the repository table
    • 'Add Repository' screen pops up

     

     
    • Enter the cloud service name in the 'Service Name' field
    • Select the cloud service category from the drop down list.
      • If you want to add a new category click '+' button.
      • The drop down list disappears and a text field appears.
      • Enter the new category in the field and click 'Save' button, else click 'Cancel' button to cancel this operation

     

     
    • Enter the starting IP address of the cloud service in the 'Network Start IP' field
    • Enter the ending IP address of the cloud service in the 'Network End IP' field
    • Click 'Save' button to add the new service to cloud service repository
    • Click 'Cancel' button to cancel this operation

    Edit Repository

     You can modify an existing cloud service in the cloud service repository.

    • Select the specific row in the repository and click 'Edit' icon in the last column of the row
    • 'Edit Repository' screen pops up 

     

     
     
    • Modify the cloud service name in the 'Service Name' field
    • Select the cloud service category from the drop down list.
      • If you want to add a new category click '+' button.
      • The drop down list disappears and a text field appears.
      • Enter the new category in the field and click 'Save' button, else click 'Cancel' button to cancel this operation

     

     

     

    • Modify the starting IP address of the cloud service in the 'Network Start IP' field
    • Modify the ending IP address of the cloud service in the 'Network End IP' field
    • Select 'Notify' to add the cloud service to the repository and notify ManageEngine team for review
    • Click 'Save' button to add the new service to cloud service repository
    • Click 'Cancel' button to cancel this operation
