1. How to filter specific data in reports?

To filter specific data in the predefined reports:

1. Locate the Filter icon in top right corner.
2. Click the Filter icon.
3. Choose specific fields, filter type, criteria and save the filter.
4. This filter is applicable to all the reports of the specific device.

To filter specific data in the custom reports:

1. Locate the Filter section in the second page of the add custom report wizard.
2. Access the already created filters from Settings > Report Filter, listed here. You can also create new filter by clicking plus icon in this page.
3. Choose filter and select reports.
4. This filter will be applicable to all the reports in the custom report.

2. How to get daily report based on specific time?

1. Choose Daily schedule.
2. You can find filter icon near Generate report for option.
3. Click the filter icon. Time Filter page will open. Choose the custom time duration, working hours or non working hours.
4. You can specify working hours and non working hours in Settings > System > Working Hours.
5. Choose required option and save.

3. How to get scheduled report for week days?

1. In Daily schedule, Run on Week days option available.
2. In Weekly and Monthly schedule, Generate Reports only for Week days option available.
3. Choose any one of the above options to get report for week days when you add a report schedule.

4. How to disable the schedule of custom report?

1. In the Schedule List tab, schedules of all custom reports are listed with name of the custom report followed by the word schedule.

Example:  If report name is Monthly_VPN_Report, the schedule name will be Monthly_VPN_Reportschedule.

2. You can find disable toggle switch under Status.
3. Click the switch to disable the schedule.

5. How to delete schedule of custom report?

1. In the Schedule List tab, schedules of all custom reports are listed with name of the custom report followed by the word schedule.

Example:  If report name is Monthly_VPN_Report, the schedule name will be Monthly_VPN_Reportschedule.

2. You can find delete icon under Action.
3. Click the icon to delete the schedule.

6. How to get report for VPN user specific session start and end time?

When you create a custom report profile, choose VPN User Session Time Report.
