Desktop Central Server / Agent (or) Distribution Server / Installation/Remote Control Failure - Service Timeout Issue
You are trying to install a Desktop Central Agent / start Desktop Central service after installation / taking Remote Control of a remote machine / installing Distribution Server, but you get a message - "The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion".
You will see this message if there is a timeout issue while the service starts.
