MDM - Manifest file url not reachable

Problem

Users are trying to install an enterprise from App catalog and gets the error message "manifest file url not reachable"

Cause

Users will get this error message when they try to install the enterprise App and the device is unable to reach the manifest url.

Resolution

Kindly contact support for further assistance and do upload the Desktop Central Server logs.
