Types of Delegation Roles in Recoverymanager Plus

By default, RecoveryManager Plus comes with three preconfigured technician roles. End users can be provided with technician privileges over any particular module (Active DIrectory, Exchange, SharePoint Online/OneDrive for Business) of RecoveryManager Plus.

• Admin: Users with Admin technician role will have full control over RecoveryManager Plus and can modify any setting of RecoveryManager Plus, including the ability to add or remove other users as technicians.
• Operator: An operator has the privilege to perform backup and restorations in the modules for which they are authorized. However, they cannot modify any backup settings.
• Auditor: An auditor has the privilege to only view all backup and restoration actions carried out in the domain/tenant for which they are authorized. In case a user has been assigned as an auditor to an AD domain, the user will be able to initiate backups from the RecoveryManager Plus dashboard.
