Free Edition The latest patches for Tableau Prep Builder were pushed to systems, that had Zoom installed and had an Automate Patch Deployment (APD) task running, for third-party applications. This was reported by customers and was confirmed by us.
We encountered an exception in our manual application mapping logic due to which Zoom‘s updates were superimposed on Tableau Prep Builder's updates. Hence, the latest patches for Tableau Prep Builder were pushed out to machines hosting Zoom application and having a third-party application APD task running.

In order to prevent such incidents from re-occurring, we’re now working on strengthening our detection algorithms and automating the application mapping logic that required manual intervention to ensure there is no repeat of such incidents, exception or not.
