How to Deploy - Firewall Analyzer - Enterprise Edition

Firewall Analyzer Enterprise Edition can be deployed using the steps given below:

• Install the Central Server.
• Start the Central Server.
• Install the Probe Server.
• Start the Probe Server.

After successfully installing and starting the Central and Probe(s), you can view all required reports for each Probe from Central Console. 

Install Central

• Download Firewall Analyzer Enterprise Edition (ManageEngine_FirewallAnalyzer_DE_64bit.exe or ManageEngine_FirewallAnalyzer_DE_64bit.exe)
• After accepting the licensing terms, select the mode as Central.
• Configure the proxy server details, in case Central is behind a proxy server the details are required to contact the Probe(s).

Once installed, start the Central server.

Install Probe
Note:Before installing the Probe Server(s), ensure that the Central Server is installed, running, and reachable from the Probe Server machine. Retrieve the Central ID from the Central Server before starting the installation.

• Download Firewall Analyzer Enterprise Edition (ManageEngine_FirewallAnalyzer_DE_64bit.exe or ManageEngine_FirewallAnalyzer_DE_64bit.exe)
• After accepting the licensing terms, select the mode as Probe.
• Configure the Central Details such as, host name, port, and protocol.
• In case Probe is behind a proxy server, enable the 'Use Proxy Server to contact Central' check box and configure the proxy server details which is required to connect to the Central.
• Configure the Probe Details. Enter the HostName/IP/Nat IP address of the Probe, for Central to connect. 

Once installed, start the Probe server and configure the firewalls to send logs to the Probe Server.
