Product Life Cycle Plan - End of Support

ManageEngine has announced product life cycle plan for ManageEngine Firewall Analyzer. Latest version of Firewall Analyzer 12.x is available for download. Support for the older versions of Firewall Analyzer, versions 6.x, 7.x, and 8.x series will end.

Support for MySQL will end on July 31, 2016. All customers are requested to migrate to PGSQL or MS SQL. Click here to know the migration steps.

End of Support Details

We strongly encourage our users to upgrade to the latest version to benefit from the new features, critical bug fixes, enhancements, and the flexibility to opt for special add–ons and plug–ins. After every major release, we support the legacy releases for a considerable period of time to help our customers upgrade and⁄or migrate. With the general availability of Firewall Analyzer 12.x since March 2016, we have decided to declare end of support (EOS) for the earlier major releases viz., Version 6.x, Version 7.x, and Version 8.x as mentioned above

We will continue to extend technical support for Version 8.5, taking care to see that you have ample time to upgrade and the process is hassle free.

Note: Any bug-fixes, changes, or enhancements will not be made over versions 6.x, 7.x, and 8.x henceforth.

Upgrade plans for existing customers:

  1. If you are in version 6, write to fwanalyzer-support@manageengine.com to get assistance on the upgrade path.
  2. If you are in version 7, or 8, upgrade to the latest build by following the upgrade path detailed here.
