What items can go missing in the new backups?
- Mailbox items that were hard deleted more than 30 days ago will not be available in the new backup.
- A backed up mailbox that has now been deprovisioned. Since the mailbox will not be available in your Exchange environment, RecoveryManager Plus will not be able to back it up.
How can this be overcome?
Before upgrading the product, you can export the mailboxes and mailbox items which fall under the above scenarios to a PST file so that you can restore those items when needed.
