Inactive Users Report

Inactive Users Reports list information on the files owned by user accounts that do not have any recent logins. These reports can help you organize files that may no longer be needed by existing users and revoke permissions from important files left behind by these user accounts. You can choose to delete the files listed directly from the reports.

The available Inactive Users Reports are:

  • Files of Stale Users: Lists files belonging to stale users. By default, stale users refer to user accounts that have been inactive for over 90 days. You can modify the threshold in Report Configuration.
  • Files of Disabled Users: Lists files belonging to disabled user accounts.
  • Files of Expired Users: Lists files belonging to expired user accounts.

Note: Files deleted directly from the reports cannot be retrieved.
