User management
To add technicians in Cloud Security Plus follow the below given steps.
- Go to Settings → Configuration → User management.
- Click on Add user.
- Fill in the technician name, username, password in the given fields.
- Choose the role to be assigned and the product tabs that the user will have access to.
- Click Save.
