User management

To add technicians in Cloud Security Plus follow the below given steps.

  • Go to Settings → Configuration → User management.
  • Click on Add user.
  • Fill in the technician name, username, password in the given fields.
  • Choose the role to be assigned and the product tabs that the user will have access to.
  • Click Save.
