Reset password of the admin account
To reset your admin password,
- Navigate to <Installation_Dir>\bin folder. By default, the path is set as C:\ManageEngine\Cloud Security Plus\bin.
- Find and run the resetCSPPassword.bat file.
- Your password will now be reset to the default password "admin".
Note: This process will reset both the default admin password and the 2FA settings.
