OS independent enrollment invites

In instances where the admin is unaware of what OS employee's devices are running on, MDM allows admins to use an enrollment invite that is common for all OS', to enroll the devices.

Follow the steps given below to send platform independent invites to devices:

• On the Enrollment tab, under Devices and click on Enroll.
• Under the dropdown, click on Send OS independent enrollment invite.
• Specify the details to notify the users, the type of device, and if the device(s) need to be assigned to a group.
• Click on 'Send Enrollment invite' to send the enrollment request to the user.

Users can enroll their iOS, Android and Windows device(s) by following the steps mentioned below:

Android devices:

• Install the ME MDM app from the Play Store.
• Scan the QR code using the ME MDM app, or access the provided URL.
• Enter the OTP to authenticate the device.

iOS devices:

• Scan the QR code or access the URL provided, using the Safari browser on the device.
• Enter the OTP to authenticate the device.

Windows devices:

• Scan the QR code or access the URL provided, using the IE/Edge browser on the device.
• Enter the OTP to authenticate the device.
