This is a report to understand all users who are mailbox enabled. An administrator can use this report to get the basic information on Exchange mailbox enabled users such as their last logon time, last logon user, Alias name etc.

Hidden Mailboxes Report

A need to hide mailboxes arises when selected mailboxes need to be blocked from showing up in the Global Address List. Examples of such mailboxes include the mailboxes associated with disabled user accounts. This report gathers all such hidden Exchange mailboxes based on msExchHideFromAddressLists attribute which is set to TRUE.

Inactive Mailboxes by Last Sent Mail Report

Finding dormant mailboxes is considered to be one of those mind numbing tasks an Exchange administrator confronts with. Exchange Reporter Plus alters such notions with its reports on Inactive mailboxes. Once the report is scheduled, the software uses the last sent mail timestamp value and tracks the list of all mailboxes which were inactive across any server like 2003, 2007 or 2010 within the specified period.

Getting a hold on stale mailboxes is now just a click away with Expired Account Mailboxes report. This report generates the accounts which got expired in the last 'n' days along with details like account expiration time.

Soon-to-Expire Account Mailboxes Report

Not just expired accounts, the accounts that are set to expire in the future can also be traced. This report aids an administrator to recognize in advance the accounts that are set to expire in the days to come.
