EWS Managed API not installed

Cause:

EWS Managed API is required to generate this report.

Resolution:

  • Ensure that the EWS Managed API is installed on the same machine as Exchange Reporter Plus.
  • If not, navigate to '<producthome directory>\lib\native' and run EwsManagedAPI.msi
