How do you check storage size on the Exchange Server? How do you ensure that your Exchange usage trends are in line with the default storage capacity? If your answer is PowerShell scripts, you should probably spend the next few minutes going through this page.
ManageEngine Exchange Reporter Plus extends its monitoring capability to Exchange storage. The web-based solution now monitors:
The user interface displays the space consumed by each mailbox, mailbox database, and public folder database. It also displays the mailbox and database names, and the time at which storage sizes were recorded. The tool allows alert configuration for Exchange mailbox size based on quota (issue warning, prohibit send, and prohibit send/receive).
The new feature in this web-based Exchange tool now enables admins to monitor server volume size and drive volume size (aggregate and percentage). The reports display overall volume size (space consumed) and the space available for each volume.
With the addition of storage monitoring reports, Exchange Reporter Plus now ensures effective space management and a healthy Exchange server. The reports are configurable in Exchange 2007, 2010, 2013 and 2016 environments. They can also be exported to a destination folder, and even emailed in desired formats such as CSV, PDF, XLS, and HTML for compiling records.
