Invalid Log Path

Cause:

Exchange Reporter Plus collects the log path information from Active Directory. A log path change made in MS Exchange will not automatically get reflected in the Active Directory. Hence the log path information provided in Exchange Reporter Plus will become invalid.

Resolution:

Verify if the log path information configured under (Admin → Log / Store path) in Exchange Reporter Plus has been changed. If any of the servers log path is not correct, update them manually. To modify the 'Log Path' for the Specified Server:

  • Go to the 'Admin' tab in the product
  • Click on 'Log / Store Path'
  • Modify the 'Traffic Log Path'
  • Modify the 'OWA (IIS) Log Path'
  • Click on 'Save'.
