Room mailbox usage:
This report offers information about the usage and status of room mailboxes in the organization.
To view the Room Mailbox Usage report:
Click the Reporting tab → Custom reports → Room mailbox reports → Room mailbox usage
This report can be customized to be run for specific room mailboxes, for any date range, and a specified gathering interval by clicking on the Create New Report button. |
Number of bookings by user:
This report shows the number of bookings made by users on room mailboxes in the organization.
To view the Number of Bookings by User report:
Click the Reporting tab → Custom reports → Room mailbox reports → Number of Bookings by User report
