Room mailbox reports


These reports allow you to optimize the use of room mailboxes and conference rooms in your organization. With these reports, you can view details on:

 

 

Room mailbox usage:

 

This report offers information about the usage and status of room mailboxes in the organization.

To view the Room Mailbox Usage report:

This report can be customized to be run for specific room mailboxes, for any date range, and a specified gathering interval by clicking on the Create New Report button.

 

Number of bookings by user:

 

This report shows the number of bookings made by users on room mailboxes in the organization.

To view the Number of Bookings by User report:

This report can be customized to be run for specific room mailboxes, for any date range, and a specified gathering interval by clicking on the Create New Report button.

 

Appointments:

This report displays the appointment details for the selected room mailboxes. It also gives information about the meeting duration and attendee details.
