These reports provide information about the time taken for an email to be delivered to its intended recipient. The different ways in which you can track delivery time are as follows:
Track email delivery based on the time it takes messages to travel between Exchange servers.
To view the Server-based Delivery Time report:
Click the Reporting tab → Email Traffic → Email delivery duration reports → Server-based delivery time
Get the delivery time for every Exchange user's emails, along with the subject of the email.
To view the Email-based Delivery Time report:
Click the Reporting tab → Email Traffic → Email delivery duration reports → Email-based delivery time
Average delivery time for users:
View complete details about the delivery time for every email your Exchange users send, including the sender's email address, the number of emails they sent within a select period, email send dates, and the minimum, maximum, and average delivery times.
To view the Average Delivery Time for Users report:
Click the Reporting tab → Email Traffic → Email delivery duration reports → Average delivery time for users
