Device Group Management

Adding a device group

To add a device group, follow the steps given below.

  • Open Log360 Cloud and select the Settings tab. Then navigate to Device Goups under Configuration.

  • Click the + Add Group button.

  • In the window that pops-up, provide a suitable Group Name and Description in the respective fields.

  • Under Device List, click the icon-add icon to select devices. Tick the box corresponding to the desired devices and click OK.
  • Click the Add button.

Editting a device group

To edit an existing device group, follow the steps given below.

  • Open Log360 Cloud and select the Settings tab. Then navigate to Device Goups under Configuration.

  • Click the icon-edit icon corresponding to the desired device group.

  • Provide a new Description in the given field.

  • Under Device List, click the icon-add icon to select devices. Tick the box corresponding to the desired devices and click OK.
  • Click the Update button.

Deleting a device group

To delete a device group, follow the steps given below.

  • Open Log360 Cloud and select the Settings tab. Then navigate to Device Goups under Configuration.

  • Click the icon-delete icon corresponding to the desired device group to be deleted.

  • Click Yes to confirm the action.

Update monitoring interval for a device group

To update the monitoring interval for a device group, follow the steps given below.

  • Open Log360 Cloud and select the Settings tab. Then navigate to Device Goups under Configuration.

  • Choose the device groups to be updated by ticking the box corresponding to the device group name.

  • Click the Manage button and select Monitor Interval from the drop down list.

  • Confirm the action by clicking Yes.

  • In the window that appears, choose the new monitor interval and click Update.

Now the monitor interval for the selected device groups are updated successfully.

Update credentials for a device group

To update the credentials for a device group, follow the steps given below.

  • Open Log360 Cloud and select the Settings tab. Then navigate to Device Goups under Configuration.

  • Choose the device groups to be updated by ticking the box corresponding to the device group name.

  • Click the Manage button and select Credentials from the drop down list.

  • Confirm the action by clicking Yes.

  • In the window that appears, provide the new username and password and click Update.

Now the credentials for the selected device groups are updated successfully.
