Technician configuration

DataSecurity Plus allows delegation to two roles:

  • Admin—with complete privileges to DataSecurity Plus' settings and configurations.
  • Operator—with privileges to only view reports, alerts, and graphs.

To add new technicians, follow the below steps:

  • Go to Configuration > Administration > Technicians.
  • Click + Add Technician at the top right corner.
  • Select the domain. Then, click the + next to Select Technician and add the required users.
  • Select the Role (Admin or Operator).
  • Click Save.

To list, manage, and view the audit logs of configured technicians:

  • Go to Configuration > Administration > Technicians.
  • Use the different Actions available to enable/disable technicians, change roles, change passwords, or delete technicians.
  • To view the audit log of activities carried out by technicians, click View.
